Çağrı Torun also founded DUX8, a growth consultancy for e-commerce brands, and has developed Shopify apps that improve conversion, content quality, and customer experience. His work spans retail, manufacturing, and services—aligning commercial

He holds an MBA from İstanbul Bilgi University and a BSc in Actuarial Science from Hacettepe University.
